What this site does with your data.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, organisation, the subject of your enquiry and your message. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information.

Separately, we measure traffic: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type and how you arrived. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you.

Form submissions are used for one purpose: so the chapter can answer you. We do not add enquirers to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share the contents of an enquiry with anyone outside FIABCI-India.

Traffic measurement tells us which pages are worth keeping and which are not.

Enquiries are relayed to the chapter's mailbox by ZeptoMail, a transactional email service operated by Zoho. The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which also handles the request logs any web host keeps.

Traffic measurement is Google Analytics 4. It sets cookies in your browser. If you would rather not be counted, any browser-level tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Google's own opt-out add-on will stop it, and the site works identically either way.

Enquiry emails are kept in the chapter's mailbox for as long as the correspondence is live, and then archived as ordinary business correspondence. Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule.

Write to the chapter at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on the request.
