Recognition, accreditation and education.

The federation confers three things on the industry: an award for the projects, a designation for the practitioners, and an education route for the people coming next. All three are open to Indian members through the chapter.

World Prix d’Excellence Awards

Called the Oscars of real estate, the World Prix d'Excellence goes to projects that embody excellence in every discipline involved in their creation. Entries typically win at a national chapter competition first, then advance to the world level.

FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards ceremony

An Indian qualification is read differently abroad. These are the federation’s routes to a credential that is understood in all 83 countries.

FIABCI Certified Professional (FCP)

An international designation for practitioners who meet the federation's standard of competence and ethics. The 2026–2027 cohort is open for registration through the FIABCI app.
